Don Harada, Pharm.D. | Chairman
Don is a pharmacist by schooling and has extensive experience on the practice side and business side of the profession as an Account Manager for several drug companies. Most recently he works as a Director of National Accounts for Tris Pharmaceuticals. Don has been married to Kathleen for 38 years and they have 4 daughters (Tracy, Kaitlyn, Allison, and Kimberly). Born in Hiroshima, Japan and growing up in Southern California, Don has developed a heart for the lost in Japan and Baja, Mexico. Don & Kathy currently reside in Valencia, CA and attend Immanuel Bible Church. Don and Kathy have served in various ministry roles (Elder, Sunday School teacher, group leader) in the various churches that they have attended.

Barry Hull, Pharm.D. | Treasurer
Barry has worked at Parkland Hospital in Dallas for the past 35 years and currently manages the medication formulary, budget, billing, contracting, and safety. He has served on several short-term medical missionary trips including to Liberia, Chad, South Africa/Namibia, Romania, and Moldova. He has been married to Cheryl for 39 years and they have two children, Christi and Joshua, and two grandsons. Cheryl, works for Josten’s and is an award-winning quilter. They attend Waxahachie Bible Church where Barry substitute teaches a Sunday School class. They also host a home/small group whereBarry shares teaching responsibilities. They love vacationing with family and friends - especially in Hawaii.

Dennis Woo, M.D. | Secretary
Dennis was born and raised in San Francisco, California and remains an avid San Francisco sports fan. Even though his parents were not Christians, they insisted that he and his siblings attend our neighborhood church. By the grace of God, Dennis became a believer at the age of thirteen and grew up in the church. Attending college at UC Berkeley during the tumultuous Vietnam war period made him realize how much the world needed Christ. After finishing medical school and residency in Southern California, Dennis joined a pediatric practice in Santa Monica. After 41 fulfilling years of practice, he retired in 2019. Dennis has had numerous opportunities to participate in medical missions overseas and thanks God for the chance to share the love of Christ with others. God has blessed him with a wonderful wife, 3 children, and 2 grandchildren.

Pastor David Yu
David was raised in a godly Christian home, but was so rebellious and obstinate, that he did not come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ until his freshmen year in college. After the Lord saved him, he decided to pursue serving the church as a pastor and missionary in the gospel ministry. David has joyfully served as a children’s ministry pastor, youth ministry pastor, college intern, English teacher in Japan, single’s ministry pastor, missionary to Thailand, and now currently serves as an associate pastor at Immanuel Bible Church. He is married to Ester and has 3 children, Ian, Eli and Allison.

Pastor Tom Sugimura
Tom pastors New Life Church in Woodland Hills, CA. He trains church planters through the Greenhouse Residency Program and biblical counselors through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors, The Master’s University, and Overseas Instruction in Counseling. He has also authored two books, Hope for New Dads and God’s Answers to Life’s Most Difficult Questions. His wife, Amanda, is an aerospace engineer and a wonderful cook. When not playing with their four children (Trevor, Jordan, Peyton, and Madelyn) they enjoy board games, reading, nature hikes, and good sushi.

David Yamasaki
Dave has been married to Erika for 27 years and currently resides in Santa Clarita, CA. They have three children (Jared, Jonathan and Jayden). Dave grew up in Orange County and was saved in early high school while attending Wintersburg Church. Dave has been a member of Crossway Church for over 20 years, serving in various capacities and roles. For work, Dave is in supply chain management and has worked for various consumer goods companies. Dave’s hobbies are exercising and reading. Dave is a huge Lakers and Dodgers fan.

Leland Gray
Leland is now semi-retired. Previously employed at ViacomCBS, a Video Editor by trade and has been a member of Community Christian Alliance Church for more than 15 years where he heads up the A/V Ministry. He has also been very active in leading and training Baja Build Short Term Missions teams. He has 4 grown children. His wife continues to work at ViacomCBS and supports him in the A/V ministry. He enjoys woodworking and fellowship with friends and is a lifelong Dodgers fan.
